All prices quoted are in AUD ( Australian Dollars ) and are inclusive of 10% GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, we reserve the right to adjust information or pricing due to typographical errors, market fluctuations and or manufacturers price changes that may occur at any time.

Intelliplay Australia is a distributor of Toys and Hobbies and as such, the prices quoted on this website are indicative of consumer quantity purchases for customers wishing to use the online shopping service. It must not be used as a guide for commercial quantities of freight and such costs form part of your regular terms and conditions with us.

Delivery on the intelliplay website is a flat $ 10.00 fee within Australia only. We reserve the right to limit quantities on any order for delivery within Australia and also have restrictions on the total quantity of items that can be purchased for International orders. Please check the delivery costs on checkout prior to payment and ensure you select the correct destination. If you require special arrangements not covered below, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you.

We will gladly provide you with an accurate cost for larger orders prior to your purchase for peace of mind.

Please allow up to 2- 5 days for delivery. Order processing, packaging and delivery is within 2 - 5 days of receiving your order and payment. Insurance is not included as standard and must be requested prior to purchase. All goods are sent at the purchaser's risk and we cannot be held responsibly for delays that are beyond the control of intelliplay. If you are concerned about the whereabouts of your item, please contact us and we will endeavor to assist you the very best we can.

As an additional security measure and to ensure you have complete peace of mind, a signature is required on most items delivered therefore it is advisable that you are present at the nominated address to recieve your intelliplay products.

Warranty WARRANTY

At intelliplay, items are covered by a 3 month return to base warranty, unless otherwise stated on the item description. We encourage our customers to read the warranty information at the bottom of every product that we sell so you know up front the warranty details of a particular item. Any goods returned to intelliplay must be suitably packaged as physical damage in transit is excluded and will not be accepted as a warranty claim. Where the same item is unavailable, intelliplay reserves the right to substitute with a similar item. In the event that goods are returned and found not faulty, a 15% restocking fee will apply. While all orders are checked for accuracy and condition before leaving intelliplay, it is your responsibility to review the contents of your order when received. If you find any discrepancies with your order, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to report any such discrepancies.

intelliplay recommends that you:

Use a reliable carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns
Insure your package for safe return to intelliplay for the full value of the item so that you are completely protected

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Costs incurred for returning the goods lies with the customer and we will not accept responsibility for the goods until delivered and signed for. We therefore strongly advise that our customers use a recorded and insured method of freight.

We at intelliplay understand that sometimes things just don't turn out right with your purchase from us, that's why we want you to understand how we deal and process items relating to returns or refunds. Our customers can be assured that intelliplay abides by and complies with all Australian laws relating to the consumers ( Fair Trading Act 1999 & Trade Practices Act 1974 ).

All returns or refunds must be returned to intelliplay within 14 days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.

We would like to let all our customers know, that when dealing with intelliplay you are dealing with someone that maintains all the stock seen on our site and ships directly from the intelliplay premises in Australia. This means that when dealing with us, you only deal with us and nobody else giving you complete confidence. You can be assured that our extensive technologies allow us to exactly count the amount of stock we have and present this as accurate information to our customers relating to stock availability.

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order. Please keep this email as it is your sales receipt for products ordered, as well as being your order confirmation number. We are not responsible for manufacturers delays and other delays that are beyond our control that will result in delays to deliver your item. In some cases, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
