We at intelliplay have a strong commitment to the privacy and security of our members and visitors to our web site. If you see a closed lock e.g. , the SSL is active and your information is secure. You can also check the URL line of your browser. If you pay for your purchases online using a credit card, the encrypted information is automatically transferred via a SSL connection to a secure server where it is not accessible to anyone else online. Please note that email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting account information or credit card numbers.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY CODES

The intelliplay store requires the credit card security code for your card for any online purchase. The credit card security code is an individual three or four digit number specific to your credit card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number or on the back of your card, on the signature panel. Asking for and confirming your credit card's security code helps validate that you, and only you are in the possession of your credit card and protects you from unauthorised use of your credit card.

SITE ACCESS

YOUR PASSWORD

You are responsible for the security of your password. Never reveal your password to anyone and ensure it is made up of numbers and characters and is hard to guess and is unique. Please note that intelliplay will NEVER ask for personal and account information via email and will NOT contact you via email asking to validate or check your account or password details.

Additionally, the "Mailing List" option is selected upon creation of new account and can be unchecked.
